International shipping

With exception for Canadian territories, we do not currently offer international shipping. However, with some exceptions, we can ship internationally. Reach out to us with your request, and we are open to accommodate depending on the order.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If an item you ordered does not fit, or is not to your liking we are happy to offer a return to your original method of payment.

14 Days to Return

You have up to 14 business days after receiving your online order to submit your return request. Please note that for any return there is a cost of 15 dollars at your expense.

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between December 18- December 24, 2023,may be returned until January 10,2024

Refunds

Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund of your online order will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 5 to 7 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the limited quantity of our jewelry we ask that you process a return of your first order, and start a new order.
